Oh, Charlie Brown! You've got it all wrong; Christmas isn't about you. It's not about the gifts, or the presents, or the sparkly tree (although all those things are nice). It's about celebrating the birth of the one and only Savior of the World! CHRISTmas. Instead of focusing on our many shortcomings, we should focus instead on the HOPE and JOY that are found in Jesus Christ, the only gift that matters.
Happy birthday, Jesus!
And wishing you all a very merry Christmas!
O Holy night, the stars are brightly shining
It is the night of our dear Savior's birth
Long lay the world in sin and error pining
'Til He appeared and the soul felt its worth
A thrill of hope the weary world rejoices
For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn
Fall on your kneesO hear the angel voices
O night divine!
O night when Christ was born
O night divine!
O night, O night divine!
